We work for High end multinational clients. Our list of clients include leading multinational companies in IT, BFSI, Asset Management, Healthcare, Analytics and other industries.
Role & responsibilities: As HR Recruiter you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process handling both Non IT and IT Corporate roles.
- Handling end to end recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
- Experience of handling middle and senior level positions.
- Prepare and post jobs on job portals to attract relevant candidates by applying on job portals
- Source candidates by using databases, job portals, LinkedIn etc.
- Screen candidates resume and conduct interviews for fitment.
- Manage end to end interview process Arranging and coordinating interviews and managing follow up process.
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Salary Negotiation and hand holding the candidate till joining.
Working Hours : Day shift
Working Model : 3:2 (Hybrid model) OR WFH
Work location: Mumbai, Western Suburbs
